Well-being & Lifestyle
The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provided on behalf of ARA is a source of support and advice ARA employees can access confidentially. EAP can provide advice on financial, legal and family care and relationship problems. Telephone and face to face counselling is also available as appropriate. ARA recognises the contribution staff make to the success of the organisation through the Quarterly Award Scheme. Linked to the ARA Mission and Values staff are nominated by their Line Manager for outstanding contributions to the work of the organisation.
Training & Personal Development
Staff are supported through funding and time off to develop their knowledge and skills. ARA support trainees into the substance misuse field both within housing and therapeutic teams, recognising the importance of future investments in the field. Therapeutic staff are provided with regular clinical supervision to improve their effectiveness in the workplace.
