What is ARA-Connect?
A free and confidential telephone and online counselling service for people over 50 where you can talk in confidence about problems you may have with alcohol and explore changes to overcome those difficulties.
ARA-Connect is provided by the Alcohol Misuse Service in partnership with St Monica’s Trust.
