Since joining ARA I have developed my skills and knowledge within HR. I have been supported fully in attending seminars and trainings to develop my skills which I am given opportunities to utilise in my ever expanding role.

One of the best things about working for ARA is the knowledge that even though not directly, my work is making a difference to someone else’s quality of life and that gives me job satisfaction.
